This is another residential complex that we created for Garzoni SA. The building is situated in the center of Lugano which can be definitely seen in our images. The building has a rather interesting architecture compared to the surrounding buildings, which will definitely make it stand out among them. The client asked us to make 2 options for the facade in order to decide which option would suit the best. The building has a coplanar facade covered with small ceramic tiles, which provides the best solution for energy saving and noise insulation. The terrace of each apartment has a significant amount of space and a beautiful view of the mountains. We hope that you like the result as much as we do!
