Partnership will add V-Ray fidelity to browser-based presentations. To support this partnership, Chaos Group has also made a €2 million investment in the company.
At this year’s Autodesk University, in Las Vegas, Chaos Group announced a new partnership with CL3VER that aims to build the world’s most powerful interactive 3D visualization and communication platform for the AEC and design industries. To support this partnership, Chaos Group has also made a €2 million investment in the company.
Presentations have traditionally been a time-consuming part of the AEC project lifecycle. While tools are available, they are often disconnected, making it a challenge to share work with others.
A joint platform will remove this hurdle, bridging V-Ray’s visualization capabilities with CL3VER’s intuitive communication tools, so architects can access strong, compelling visuals on any browser or mobile device.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of the new era of AEC storytelling,” said Viktor Nordstrom, founder and CEO of CL3VER. “Together, Chaos Group and CL3VER will introduce a platform that puts two essential tools in one place, so designs can be presented and shared in their best form, at any stage of the process.”
CL3VER will debut a new line of real-time mobile, web and VR applications next spring. To apply for the CL3VER beta, visit: cl3ver.com/beta.
Meanwhile, V-Ray 3 for Revit is the first Chaos Group product to benefit from CL3VER integration. Check out this demo to see how it works.
