Author's project to explore 3D techniques and architectural concepts
Magnolia Villa is a complex of homes that stands out for its minimalist architecture and harmonious integration with nature. The project focuses on straight lines, simple volumes and a neutral color palette, providing a sophisticated and welcoming environment.
The large glass openings not only maximize the entry of natural light, but also visually connect the interiors with the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the concept of housing integrated with the environment. The use of materials such as white concrete and wood adds a contemporary touch, while maintaining an aesthetic balance with the green spaces.
The presence of well-kept gardens, trees and natural elements creates a peaceful and inviting environment, promoting quality of life and well-being for residents. In addition, the paved paths and discreet lighting contribute to the functionality and aesthetics of the housing complex.
