Early 2016 I was approached by Black Brook Brewery Ltd. (Mustan Virran Panimo Oy) to create the visuals for the launch of their newest beers.
Since the company has such an intriguing backstory, the initial art direction I was provided with was already excellent. Together we aimed for a truly authentic and raw feel, staying true to the folklore of the Finnish medieval ages. I was responsible for all aspects of the creation process. No stock- images and textures were used, everything is CGI. All textures are procedurally generated noise maps.
