Once a hub for glass production for Philips, the Iconic "Glasgebouw" is now transforming into a modern urban living concept: collective, vibrant, and designed for connection.
In the heart of Strijp-S, the historic Glasgebouw is getting a new lease on life. Once a hub for glass production for Philips, it is now transforming into a modern urban living concept: collective, vibrant, and designed for connection.
Residents share amenities and meet each other in the active ground floor spaces, blending living, working, and relaxing seamlessly. The building offers around 180 homes – from studios to shared apartments – retaining the robust character of the past while designed for contemporary living.
