Project Urkersingel brings a fresh new impulse to Rotterdam South.
A total of 123 new homes with a timber structure will be built in the Carnisse distric, including 76 apartments and 47 single-family houses.
In 2024, the collaborating partners, wUrck architecture urban design landscape, Ten Brinke, and inspire* real estate, won the tender for this innovative project!
