When our team at River.black first saw Up!
Berlin, we were captivated by its bold geometry and transparent atriums. We decided to create our own photorealistic visualization, exploring how the building’s glass and metal surfaces breathe at dusk.
By gathering every public reference we could find and rebuilding the structure from scratch, we focused on three things:
- Authentic realism – textures you can almost touch.
- Readable materials – from brushed metal to warm interior timber.
- Atmospheric twilight lighting – soft glow, deep shadows, and that moment when city lights begin to sparkle.
