270° - Branding, visualisation and animation for a high-class real-estate project south of Munich, Germany
High up on a hill above Herrsching, with a breathtaking and unobstructable view of the Ammersee and the foothills of the Alps, a real gem is being built. Our client is building a luxury property here with three floor apartments, each with 200-250 m² of living space.
Top equipment, smart home technology and a thoroughly thought-out room concept make this property a real highlight. Of course, this also has to be communicated in a correspondingly high-quality manner.
We developed a design concept for the brand and exposé and produced a comprehensive package of visualizations and animated film to present this property in a fully emotional and appealing way.
