Behind its elaborate façade of concave natural stone elements and concrete bands are attractive apartments and penthouses with spacious terraces. Exposed concrete, tombac and wood play the "supporting" role here and follow the residents from the elaborately designed foyer up to the bright top-floor apartments. The creative determination with which OlufemiMoserArchitects designed this building is particularly evident in the many small details. Originally designed with a natural tile façade, the townhouse sets an architectural accent in the neighborhood.
