The Baltic Sea and its beaches have always been a magnet for holidaymakers and water sports enthusiasts alike. The Bay of Lübeck in particular has become a popular destination for kitesurfers and windsurfers. In the beautiful and still somewhat sleepy Pelzerhaken, 35 condominiums ranging from 41 to 105 square meters are now being built in the immediate vicinity of the only south-facing beach in the area.
