Together with a creative team of the highest caliber, LBBW Immobilien is setting out to give Stuttgart's city center a facelift. The somewhat outdated buildings along Eberhardstrasse 18-22 are giving way to a sophisticated ensemble of buildings that harmoniously combine modern and sustainable construction with the historic gabled architecture of Stuttgart's old town. This looks really good, not only because of the beautiful natural stone façade, and provides the neighborhood with state-of-the-art residential and commercial space. We contributed a comprehensive package of interior and exterior visualizations and supported the marketing team with the interior design.
