Mikolaj Cierlak is 3D Artist and Creative Director who partners with architects, designers, and real estate managers by creating a visual bridge between their vision and customers.
Architecture Studies became the background for his work. During his studies, he took part in many architectural competitions, for which he was awarded prizes and honorable mentions. Conceptual knowledge in combination with 3D skills gained in 3D graphic design studies makes him truly understand the needs of the industry.
He helps design teams from Europe to win competitions, and tenders. He creates visuals to show concepts, and sell real estate before it's already built. In addition to his extensive creative directing and 3D art experience, Mikolaj is a 3D generalist trainer.

The buidling is made of modular system. All flats have same dimension - the designers have created every room as multi-fuctional as it can be - giving to the user the best place to live and learn.
