On the lower floors, the design features taller parapets that function as robust shields, effectively buffering residents from the cacophony of the street below and protecting them from prying eyes. These elevated barriers bolster privacy and reinforce a peaceful ambiance within the living spaces. As these units are nestled in relative seclusion, the residents' daily activities can unfold spontaneously and naturally, unencumbered by the external disturbances often accompanying urban life.
As one ascends to the upper levels of the building, a transformation begins to take shape. The thick parapets gradually taper, allowing for an expansive view that opens up toward the horizon.
