"In this authorial conceptual study I tried to explore a multi-family building, which would go beyond the obvious with volumetric moves that would provide a different spatial experience, not only for those who would live in the building but also for the people who experience it at street level, this also reflects on the different possibilities of sizes and layout configurations of the units.
For the materiality of the facade, something that reflected a cosmopolitan atmosphere, was light and at the same time brought identity, the use of louvers that, as illustrated, at night creates a soft dynamism, a play of lights with the internal lighting of the apartments".
