Description of the text provided by the architects: This 140.0 m² house, influenced by the American typology of glass pavilions, Dog Trot and the principles of Florida Modernism, provides a haven in downtown Miami. Elevated from the ground, the house includes 30 meters of glass without interruptions - 15 meters in the lengths of the front and back facades, with four sliding glass door modules that allows the house to be fully open when desired. The house includes 75 m² of outdoor living spaces, with balconies on the front and rear façade. The position of the house, in the center of a 100 m long plot, together with the external details allow it to blend with the dense and abundant gardens of the natural landscape of the land.
