A few images of a concept for a modern home located in Østlandet, the geographical region of the south-eastern part of Norway.
The idea behind this concept was a restrained design achieved through simple detailing, a neutral color palette and an appealing use of materials: moving through the living area, the eye wanders from one room to the next with an overall effect of an interconnected space.
The tactile warmth of larch wood, the polished dark grey concrete tiles and soft tones of mellow white add a quiet character of this cosy minimalist home.
Comments and constructive criticism are always welcome!
Done in Cinema4D with Corona Renderer and a touch of Adobe Photoshop, as usual.
