The buidling is made of modular system. All flats have same dimension - the designers have created every room as multi-fuctional as it can be - giving to the user the best place to live and learn.

The building is made of sea containers that create one unit from a few smaller ones. Easy to build and set up in any place in the world.

The main idea is bring the craft to the city again. The design hub bring all craftman together, giving them a space to create, test, and sell their goods. Created in Bytom, Poland.
